Hi, I'm Julie Wemp, thanks for visiting my site.

  

I work from my home studio in Elmira, Ontario. I have a lifelong love of art, and in my mid-20s, I took a course in which I discovered the joy and excitement of watercolour painting.

Finding such joy and excitement in the movement of paint, I delved into fluid acrylics in 2018. In 2022, I returned to my love of watercolour as my medium of choice.

Focusing primarily on florals, I find inspiration from the meticulous flower gardens surrounding Elmira.

Painting brings me peace and joy and it is my wish that these emotions are felt when viewing my work.
